Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het draaiend houden van onze productielijnen? Bij PepsiCo zoeken we een Frontline Manager Maintenance voor onze vaste nachtploeg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien én dat je team zich goed voelt. Geen klassieke "chef", maar een coach die samenwerkt en oplossingen vindt.
Verantwoordelijkheden

Wat ga je doen?
* Je begeleidt en motiveert een team van techniekers in de nachtploeg.
* Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische problemen en zorgt dat storingen snel en slim worden opgelost, terwijl je het overzicht bewaart en beslissingen neemt zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
* Je organiseert onderhoudswerkzaamheden zodat onze machines betrouwbaar blijven.
* Samen met productie werk je aan verbeteringen die het werk veiliger, efficiënter en makkelijker maken.
Kwalificaties

Wie ben jij?
* Je hebt relevante ervaring in een industriële technische omgeving.
* Bachelor diploma elektriciteit, automatisatie, ... ? Mooi meegenomen, maar jouw kennis en ervaring zijn voor ons belangrijker.
* Je bent een sterke communicator en haalt energie uit het coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw mensen.
* Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft knopen door te hakken.
* Je weet hoe machines werken en hebt inzicht in automatisering.
* Nachtwerk schrikt je niet af - jij houdt van de zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid van de nacht.

At PepsiCo, we're looking for a Frontline Manager Maintenance to join our fixed night shift. You ensure everything keeps running - and that your team feels supported and valued. Not a traditional "boss", but a coach who works alongside the team and finds practical, sustainable solutions together.
Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and motivate a team of night-shift technicians.
* Act as the key contact for technical issues during the night; ensure fast, safe and structured breakdown resolution while keeping full oversight and making clear decisions.
* Organise and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance to keep our production lines reliable.
* Work closely with Production to drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

* You have experience in an industrial technical environment.
* A Bachelor's degree in electricity/automation is an asset, but hands-on knowledge and experience matter more to us.
* You are a strong communicator and get energy from coaching and developing people.
* You are decisive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership.
* You understand how machinery and automation work.
* You are comfortable working night shifts and enjoy the autonomy and responsibility that comes with it.
