The Position
Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Jouw functie
* De Plant Technician zorgt er voor dat het machinepark maximaal ter beschikking staat van de productieafdeling, rekening houdend met de geldende productie-, milieu-, welzijn-, en veiligheidsvoorschriften en de onderhoudsplannen, met het oog voor timing en kostenbesparing.
* Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager en hebt ook geregeld contact met productie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
* Het onderhouden en reviseren van het machinepark volgens het ALC-plan, alsook het uitvoeren van interventies om productiestilstanden te minimaliseren en om de veiligheid te waarborgen, rekening houdend met de geldende veiligheids- en ISO instructies en -procedures alsook de Lock-out/Tag-out/Try-out procedure.
* Diagnoses stellen en proactief meewerken om duurzame verbeteringsvoorstellen aan te brengen.
* Het registreren van verbruikte wisselstukken zodat de minimum stock gegarandeerd wordt en de stock steeds correct is.
* Het rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
* Je schrijft werkvergunningen uit.
* Werken conform de (COMPANY NAME) standaarden, het Safe Start principe, het respecteren van de Cardinal Rules en LOTOTO-procedures.
* Actief aan veiligheid werken en onveilige situaties melden.
* Algemene orde en netheid in en rond de fabriek alsook in de werkplaats en op de plaats van de opdracht.
* Uitvoeren van alle taken, rekening houdend met geldende milieuvoorschriften zoals vermijden van stofuitstoot; waakzaam over elektriciteitsverbruik; beheersen, minimaliseren sorteren van afval.

Profiel

* Je behaalde een diploma Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt dus kennis van elektriciteit én mechanica.
* Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van laswerken.
* Je hebt idealiter een attest BA4 of BA5.
* Je hebt ervaring in een geautomatiseerde/industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met bulk en poeder producten.
* Je bent eventueel reeds in het bezit van een heftruckattest of attest hoogwerker.
* Je bent nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief.
* Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
