Our mission: to redefine the traditional bakery and pastry shop experience through healthy, organic products that are naturally wheat-free, combined with impeccable and personal service.

Description du poste

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the ambassador of our brand and universe to our customers. Your role will include:

* Welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with both local and international customers
* Mastering and sharing the story behind our products and our gluten-free / vegan approach
* Preparing barista recipes (coffee, lattes, signature hot and cold drinks, plant-based milk beverages, etc.)
* Assisting with the daily setup and upkeep of the boutique (merchandising, cleanliness, stock management, cash handling)
* Delivering a premium customer experience in a warm and caring atmosphere
* Actively contributing to team life and the continuous improvement of the customer experience

Profil recherché

* You already have experience in retail, coffee shops, or hospitality?
* You enjoy advising, sharing stories, and creating connections - you're a bit of a gluten-free storyteller
* You're interested in healthy food, alternative diets, and the vegan world
* You are fast, organized, punctual, and always positive
* You have a good level of English (we welcome an international clientele!)
