Currently undergoing an ambitious transformation phase, Acqua di Parma aims to establish itself as the benchmark for Italian luxury lifestyle.

As Retail & Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial and marketing development of Acqua di Parma in the Benelux market. You will be an essential ambassador for the brand, responsible for sales performance, point-of-sale visibility, and enhancing Acqua di Parma's image among our partners. You will actively contribute to the House's revival and its positioning as a major player in the luxury lifestyle sector.
We are looking for a talent combining commercial dynamism and marketing sensitivity, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Skills & Experience: First successful experience in a commercial and/or marketing role, ideally in the luxury, perfumery, or cosmetics sector. Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and achieve commercial objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. Good knowledge of marketing and merchandising. Mandatory fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken). Valid driving license.
