Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position will be responsible for managing/negotiating the Rigids and Other Packagig, leading the operational excellence agenda, including KPIs, process improvement and project management interfacing and engaging with external clients and the team.

Your Impact

The main roles is to lead and implement the strategy with Category Leads in the Brazil market , so the position will participate the weekly/monthly meetings in order to align the projects status and new initiatives.
For Innovation the category is on of the most important part of process due to Packaging is involved in all the steps of the development adding value point out the most viable sourcing option considering competitiveness service level technology and agility.
Looking for the Brazil market he needs to follow and signalize the political and aconomics moviments, that will impact in the supply and prices behavior. Another thing is looking for innovations and new technologies to add value for all the categories.
Stabilish the KPI´s to measure the supplier performance and creat action plan to support he operation team and delivery the best service level.
Activelly analyse, review and redesign processes to streamline our daily routines freeing up time to focus on more value added activities and bring solutions to the business in a more agile manner.
Leading productivity agenda looking for alternatives to support the business competitiveness.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Finance: financial information management to Finance LATAM, ensuring compliance with global processes and management of risks and opportunities, including the management of productivity numbers and Financial Reports for Brazil.
Process and Productivity: Design and implement new projects, be able to act within their responsibility, through a defined process;
Looking forward with Suppliers and Market to source new opportunities/alternatives solution to add value in our chain.
Working with Supplier to bring value to the business with innovative technologies to increase our Top Line, value engineering opportunities to boost our competitiveness and also sustainable solutions to support our Pep Positive goals.
For Transformation Projects agenda the scope of this Job included management of all Projects with packaging team, interface with the Procurement, Operations, Mkt and R&D leadership and multifunctional Team, since the price of new inputs to consolidation costs for construction of P & L and analysis of financial viability to rentability of business.
