We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting and controlling activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL).
You will coordinate a small team, oversee financial closing, and support analysis and external audits.

About the Job
* Lead and execute end-to-end accounting and controlling processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and fixed assets management
* Oversee the preparation and closing of financial statements in compliance with local regulations
* Manage and review direct taxes processes (IRPJ and CSLL), ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support the preparation and submission of SPED Contábil and ECF
* Perform variance analysis (P&L and balance sheet) and cost analysis, supporting financial insights and decision-making
* Contribute to budgeting processes and prepare ACT vs BGT reports
* Coordinate a small team, ensuring task allocation, performance, and development
* Act as a key contact for external auditors, supporting audit processes and requirements
* Provide support on indirect taxes topics when needed
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure proper use of ERP systems (SAP)

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:  
* Minimum of 3 of experience in Accounting and Controlling processes, including Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Account Analysis, Fixed Assets, and Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
* Education in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related fields
* Strong experience and solid technical knowledge in Direct Taxes (IRPJ and CSLL), including Financial Statement Closing, SPED Contábil, ECF, and support during External Audits
* Experience performing Variance Analysis and Cost Analysis, supporting Budget processes, and preparing ACT vs BGT reports
* Basic knowledge of Indirect Taxes
* Experience working with SAP ERP
* Intermediate English (Minimum B1 level or higher)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong organization skills with a high level of focus
* Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in teams
* Good planning and prioritization skills
* Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* High level of reliability and trustworthiness
