We are looking for a specialist to support the development and continuous improvement of our Data and AI learning portfolio, with a primary focus on MBA-level programs and additional support for bootcamps in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

This role combines curriculum design, technical content creation, and learning experience development. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in data, analytics, and applied AI, and can translate real-world technical practice into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials for adult learners.

The person will work on lessons, video scripts, practical activities, projects, rubrics, tutor-facing materials, and content improvements across our portfolio.

What you will do

* Design curriculum structures for Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence programs, including modules, learning outcomes and sequencing.
* Develop technical learning content, including lessons, video scripts, exercises, assessments, and project-based assignments.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and well-structured learning experiences for adult learners.
* Design hands-on activities and projects using realistic datasets, business cases, templates, scaffolding, and clear definitions of success.
* Create solution guides, rubrics and evaluation criteria to support tutors.
* Review and improve existing content to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, relevance, and alignment with current tools and best practices.
* Investigate content issues, propose fixes, and update broken, outdated, unclear, or underperforming materials.
* Research trends, tools, and real-world applications in data, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and applied AI.
* Use learner feedback, tutor input, and platform data to identify recurring pain points and propose content improvements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Teaching, Student Success and other stakeholders to align academic quality, learner value, and business priorities.

* 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields.
* Strong practical knowledge of SQL, Python, statistics, data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning fundamentals.
* Practical knowledge of applied AI topics, including generative AI, LLMs, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and business applications of AI.
* Experience creating educational content, training materials, or structured learning experiences for adult learners.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and turn them into lessons, examples, exercises, assessments, and project-based assignments.
* Comfortable recording lessons, screen walkthroughs, or instructional videos with clear communication and learner empathy.
* Strong research and synthesis skills, especially in fast-evolving technical areas.
* Fluent in Portuguese and strong oral and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and iterate based on feedback, learner needs, and product priorities.

Nice-to-have
* Experience teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or reviewing technical projects.
* Experience with postgraduate programs, bootcamps or professional education.
* Previous experience recording lessons, screen walkthroughs, or instructional videos.
* Familiarity with written Spanish, especially for reviewing, adapting, or comparing learning materials.
