Job Description:

Programador Primavera (Especialista en Primavera P6)

Objetivo del cargo
* Responsable de planificar, programar y controlar la ejecución integral del proyecto Metro mediante la administración del cronograma maestro en Primavera P6, asegurando que la programación refleje fielmente la secuencia constructiva, las restricciones operativas, las interfases multidisciplinarias y los compromisos contractuales. Su gestión impacta directamente en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, plazo y costos del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades

* Desarrollar, mantener y controlar el cronograma maestro del proyecto en Primavera P6.
* Gestionar la estructura WBS/EAP y asegurar la trazabilidad entre planificación, avance físico y entregables contractuales.
* Monitorear la ruta crítica, holguras y riesgos de plazo, proponiendo acciones de mitigación y recuperación.
* Administrar líneas base (baseline) y controlar cambios asociados a variaciones de alcance, ingeniería o restricciones del proyecto.

Funciones clave

* Configurar y administrar de forma avanzada Primavera P6.
* Construir y validar la lógica de red del cronograma asegurando coherencia constructiva.
* Elaborar análisis de desviaciones y comparaciones entre línea base y avance real.
* Desarrollar planes de corto plazo (lookahead) alineados con la producción.

Requisitos excluyentes

Formación académica
* Ingeniero Civil (cualquier especialidad) o Constructor Civil.

Experiencia
* Mínimo 6 años de experiencia profesional en construcción de obras subterráneas o de superficie.
* Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en programación y control de proyectos.

Conocimientos técnicos
* Dominio avanzado y comprobable de Primavera P6.
* Experiencia en planificación y control de proyectos de infraestructura compleja.
* Conocimiento de obras subterráneas, ferroviarias o proyectos multidisciplinarios.
* Manejo de Synchro Pro y Navisworks Manage para planificación 4D.
* Excel avanzado y capacidad para generar reportes ejecutivos.

Certificaciones
* Certificación formal en Primavera P6 (obligatoria).
* Deseable certificación en Synchro Pro, Navisworks, Control de Proyectos o Valor Ganado (EVMS).

Competencias técnicas requeridas

* Programación avanzada y control de cronogramas.
* Gestión de líneas base y control de cambios.
* Análisis de ruta crítica y riesgos de plazo.
* Integración BIM-Planificación 4D.
* Elaboración de KPIs e informes ejecutivos.
* Pensamiento analítico, capacidad predictiva y orientación al detalle.
* Comunicación técnica efectiva y coordinación multidisciplinaria.
