Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join our dynamic team in Querétaro as an Invoice to Cash Analyst specializing in Collection. In this role, you'll maximize cash flow by efficiently managing the Invoice to Cash process, ensuring timely payments and minimizing deductions. Drive value by meeting SLA and KPI targets, identifying root causes for past due invoices, and delivering effective solutions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to foster a customer-centric culture, promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with internal controls while maintaining operational excellence and cost efficiency.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Customers and Operations:
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams.
* Understand customers' strategies, policies, and key personnel, as well as WK Kellogg's terms of sale and internal policies.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress.
* Manage collection of overdue receivables and resolve invalid deductions through coordination with customers, sales, and customer service teams.
* Handle order holds and releases, making decisions to support cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with WK Kellogg's ITC policies, GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements, while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Analyze trends to improve OTC processes and maintain a focus on achieving performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and resolve ITC issues and stay in the top quartile of benchmarking metrics.

* Continuously develop skills through training and on-the-job learning, becoming a process expert.
* Share best practices and mentor peers to support team growth.
* Contribute to process improvements for efficiency, quality, and control KPIs.
* Participate in special projects, process improvements, and system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions during major changes.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
* Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (collections, deductions, or customer service).
* Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
