In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* To build the Branson China Wechat Ecosystem, leveraging on SCRM, CDP and Seismic to create value through leads generation.
* Build workflow of leads generation, MQL and SQL. Monitor efficiency through Key Performance Indicator. Work closely with the internal shareholder to drive the number of SQL. (e.g. Internal shareholders such as the leader from Sales and Marketing)
* Work closely with global Marcom team to maintain the local Branson Website, including but not limit to Product Page, Translation and the Web Page Optimization (e.g. SEO)
* Work closely with internal teams such as Product Manager, Segment Manager, Business Development Manager as well as Application Team to drive content creation.
* The creation or updating of content as defined within the content brief and / or Seismic.
* Ensures all content is aligned with Emerson guidelines, on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality.
* Working with internal team to agree an initial scheduled date, priority and workload, and then updating as priorities change.
* Manages the engagement and relationships with third party agencies as required in order to produce the request assets, such as the Wechat article, Translation, Provider of SCRM and CDP, and other agencies to support on the posters, images and other assets.
* Supervises the maintenance of content inventories and templates.
* The manager will start with focus on China and later to cover all Asia countries.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Knowledge of B2B Digital Marketing in China
* Understanding of concept of Website, SEO, SEM, GEO, SCRM, CDP, MQL, SQL and Leads Generation Process
* Training in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience, understanding of Value Selling.
* Open for new technology tools and channels and willingness to embrace change
* Familiarity with principles of marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
* For None Marketing majored candidates, better with internship experiences in B2B Marking department.
* Expertise in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office,etc.)
* English CET-6 is a must.
