Social Media Data ManagementCollect and organize basic data related to social media performance and content deliverySupport local data updates and maintenance for Power BI weekly and monthly reportsII. Daily Social Media Operations SupportAssist with the initial review of daily social media posts, including basic copy proofreading, format compliance checks, and identification of potential compliance risksOrganize, archive, and manage daily publishing assets and materialsIII. Influencer / Content Project SupportAssist with execution-related support for influencer collaborations, including preparation of onboard influencer lists, embarkation reminders, and organization of content deliverablesIV. E-commerce & Cross-Team Operations SupportAssist with product listing support, including the selection, organization, and basic verification of required materialsSupport e-commerce campaign execution through basic information checks, including product pricing, promotional rules, and related configuration details; promptly flag any discrepanciesAssist with outbound phone communication to prize-winning customers for promotional activities, following approved scripts to complete information verification and result confirmation, and maintaining communication recordsSupport live-streaming operations, including the organization, verification, and consolidation of live-stream attendance records, ensuring accuracy and proper formattingProvide additional day-to-day operational support based on the e-commerce team's phased needs to ensure smooth campaign execution
