Job Description :Responsible for management of the Account Management/Client Services department. Responsibilities may include budget, cost, resources and revenue targets of the businesses. Provides stratetic leadership for the account management department.
Deepens relationships and drives value with existing clients. This role works side-by-side with the Account Management team to develop and lead strategy, coordinate delivery of our products and services, expand opportunities, and own the negotiation and renewal process.
- Manage quarterly client health metrics and devise action plans required to hit agreed-upon client satisfaction goals.
- Works with teams to achieve agreed upon growth targets and renewal rates.
- Contribute to the strategy and development of the team, in line with objectives of the business.
- Research and pursue business opportunities in-person networking, pitches and inbound requests.
- Uses metrics to track the progression of team performance, revenue target, as well as client referral ratings to continously optimize and improve on delivery.
