This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, adapt campaign materials across formats, and deliver impactful design solutions. Responsibilities - Design and adapt assets for digital and print campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials. - Prepare and deliver production-ready files. - Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams. - Develop concepts, mockups, and visual presentations. - Stay updated on design trends and best practices. - Support and guide junior team members. - Present creative ideas and incorporate feedback. Qualifications - Strong experience in digital campaign design and asset adaptation. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Solid knowledge of typography, color, and layout design. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing materials. - Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics. - Portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work. - English level B2 or higher. Additional information - Experience with DCO campaigns is a plus. - Knowledge of retouching, video editing, or motion graphics. - Familiarity with Figma and other design tools. - Experience with integrated marketing campaigns. - Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. - Mentoring or leadership experience is desirable
