What this job involves:

The Client Onboarding Experience Team (COET) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented JBS Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Implementation Team. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients by performing a diverse range of administrative and coordination tasks during the transition process. By collaborating with multiple workstreams, you'll facilitate the efficient execution of transition processes, contributing directly to both client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. You'll actively partner with Senior Implementation Managers and Implementation Managers, demonstrating exceptional precision and efficiency in executing specific transition tasks from mobilization through optimization. What your day-to-day will look like:

* Execute specific transition tasks from mobilization through optimization with a high level of precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences
* Foster collaborative relationships with the Implementation Team and various workstreams to coordinate cross-functional efforts throughout the transition process
* Utilize governance tools such as monday.com to track project progress, manage task assignments, and address program needs effectively
* Skillfully leverage problem-solving abilities to proactively identify potential issues and achieve both firm and client business goals
* Collaborate closely with Implementation Managers and the PMO team to identify and implement industry-leading processes for transition and program management
* Drive global process adoption and consistency by championing best practices and standardized workflows across teams
* Take charge of executing tactical transition tasks including setting up RFDDs, coordinating mailboxes, requesting MSA abstracts and COIs, and managing readiness checklists with dedication and attention to detail
* Lead the Customer Satisfaction survey process from initial request through data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure and improve client experience
* Support PMO activities including project plan creation in monday.com, user management, resource assignment, and license monitoring

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment (backgrounds in customer service, procurement, operations, or multinational service environments are equally valued)
* Proficiency in project management tools such as monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project), and other relevant software
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with a track record of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans
* Excellent professional presence with strong business writing and oral communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and engage comfortably with individuals at all levels of an organization
* Strong ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility from day one
* Fluency in English and Portuguese at C1 level (advanced written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:

* Previous experience in a real estate or integrated facilities management (IFM) environment
* Prior experience with monday.com (training will be provided to become a power user and team champion)
* Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
* Experience working in a global or multinational organization
