Paid Search Specialist

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own paid search strategy across brand and non-brand campaigns.

* Develop and manage full-funnel search programs aligned to brand, launch, and seasonal priorities.

* Execute campaign builds include keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, bidding models, and audience targeting.

* Optimize performance across KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

* Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages meet compliance standards.

* Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to align paid search with broader media and measurement strategies.

* Manage agency partners or vendors as applicable.

* Test and scale performance through structured experimentation (ad copy, bidding, audiences, landing pages).

* Oversee budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient investment.

* Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders.

* Stay current on platform updates, automation changes, and search innovations.

WHO YOU ARE

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.

* 2 years of paid search experience managing large-scale budgets.

* Advanced English level.

* Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.

* Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
