The Queue Coordinator is an entry level position responsible for case intake including the processing the bulk uploads related to employee discipline matters and HR support in coordination with Human Resources teams and Control Functions. The overall objective of this role is to manage a range of HR services related to disciplinary actions and accountability framework within Citi, globally.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage case intake including bulk upload and review of integration cases related to discipline matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system in compliance with standards and procedures
-Provide guidance on the case intake process related to discipline matters and liaise with key stakeholders, such as control function partners, to identify issues and recommend timely solutions.
-Drive consistent application of case intake related process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
-Ensure case intake related issues are solved with urgency and employment policies, compliance standards are interpreted and applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions.
-Monitor centralized mailbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
-Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to provide HR support as it relates to employee discipline.
-Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner.
-Support process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes.
-Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
* 0-2 years relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
* Self-motivated and detail oriented
* Proven organization and time management skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
* Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
