Technical Support Engineer - Elevators

Key Responsibilities

* Understand and adapt customer requirements in accordance with technical regulations
* Provide technical consultation to architects and contractors, and liaise with the factory or relevant internal units when needed to resolve complex technical matters
* Provide end-to-end technical support for new construction and modernization projects, from bidding and on-site measurements to final installation
* Prepare elevator equipment production plans, inspect technical details, and track project-related costs
* Conduct on-site surveys in close cooperation with co-designers, based on the needs identified by the sales team, to ensure technically sound and customer-aligned solutions
* Prepare project and final plans in coordination with co-designers and builders, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project timelines
* Conclude and monitor planning contracts

Requirements

* BSc degree in a construction-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
* Ability to read and prepare technical drawings
* Solid understanding of the construction industry, including authority processes, builder/investor needs, and relevant regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Hands-on, proactive mindset with a drive to deliver results
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Positive, can-do attitude and a drive to win
* Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an asset
* Holding a valid license to approve technical documentation for building projects (e.g., Licensed Elevator Design Engineer) is considered an advantage
