About the job
Are you a service-oriented person with an eye for detail and a desire to create a positive customer experience? Then this could be the role for you.
As a Customer Service Representative with us at Danone, you are our first point of contact for customers and play a central role in delivering a top-class customer experience. You will handle order-related inquiries as well as receive and follow up on complaints and deviations from customers.
To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication skills, a proactive way of working, and a genuine interest in people. You will report to the Customer Collaboration Manager, who is also based in Copenhagen.
Location: The role is based in the Aqua d'Or factory in Brande.
Please note that this is a temporary role for 9 months.
Main responsibilities:
* Order management
* Prepare delivery notes and labels
* Transport booking
* Handling customer complaints and deviations
* Customer contact via phone and email
* Communication with both internal and external stakeholders, mainly in Danish and English.
* Other administrative tasks related to customer service
About you:
* Experience in customer service or administrative work, preferably within FMCG (consumer goods) or the water industry
* Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes is a plus
* Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
* You put people first, have a strong sense of customer satisfaction, and build trust by understanding customer needs
* Clear and professional communicator with both empathy and energy—in both speech and writing, in Danish and English (additional languages such as German and Swedish are an advantage)
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
* Experience with Navision, SAP or other ERP system is a plus but not required
