You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers' portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International's position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
* Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions
* Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
* Build and develop strong category partnerships
* Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
* Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
* Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

What you need to know about this position:
* Planificación Estratégica y de Ventas: Desarrollar planes anuales estratégicos y de ventas, alineando el crecimiento esperado del país, canal y categorías con las negociaciones y objetivos de la empresa.
* Gestión de Inversiones y Negociación: Crear y administrar planes de inversión anuales para asegurar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad, y negociar acuerdos comerciales beneficiosos para ambas partes.
* Ejecución y Seguimiento: Implementar y monitorear los planes de crecimiento con los clientes, ajustando estrategias basadas en análisis de ventas internas y externas.
* Control Financiero y Previsión: Conciliar notas de crédito, gestionar el portafolio y participar activamente en el proceso de previsión de la demanda para asegurar el volumen de producto adecuado.
* Cumplimiento Normativo: Adherirse a todos los procesos de control internos de la empresa para una gestión correcta.
Job specific requirements:
* Profesional en carreas administrativas, y afines.
* Manejo de paquete office, nivel de Excel avanzado.
* Contar con nivel de inglés intermedio es un plus.
* Mínimo dos años de experiencia en el área comercial en empresas de consumo masivo, manejando el canal moderno.
* Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación efectiva, e influencia.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, y bajo presión buscando mantener siempre una mentalidad orientada a los resultados, y solución de problemas.
