## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities Missions: The PDL Project is in charge of the perimeter for Product design and Product Development including Process setup from RFQ until Gate 4. He works in strong collaboration with OEM's, Complete Seat R&D and Foam Operations for Industrial aspect (Tools / Lines / Chemistry /plant). Responsabilities: * Manage product and process development activities from RFQ to Gate 4 * Ensure product quality and robustness through regular collaboration with OEMs and R&D teams * Participate in feasibility reviews at key project milestones * Track development and validation (D&D) costsMonitor engineering change requests (ECRs) * Lead Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) * Ensure alignment with equipment and tooling budgets * Follow up on prototypes and tooling from order to delivery * Monitor tooling capacity planning until Gate 3 * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient development * Ensure robust manufacturing processes in collaboration with plant teamsImplement production system updates related to product changes * Ensure successful completion of engineering and manufacturing milestones * Prepare and present project status updates to management * Monitor validation plans ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Experience: * Minimum 2 years previous experience as Manufacturing or Product Engineer or Foam CAD Engineering * Minimum 2 years previous experience in foam manufacturing Profile: * Master's degree in engineering * Experienced in Engineering technics, skilled in Complete seat engineering appreciated * Leadership skills (Team leader ability) * Basic financial skills * Knowledge in project Management * Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills * Able to work in a multicultural environment * Fluent in English and french ## What we can do for you * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. * We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
