As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service, build meaningful client relationships and contribute to achieving ambitious commercial objectives while representing the brand's values and identity.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience by identifying clients' needs and providing expert product advice.
* Share the brand story, heritage and collections with passion and authenticity.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and clienteling.
* Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock organisation.
* Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns accurately and efficiently.
* Stay informed about new collections, product launches and brand initiatives.

Profile

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in premium or luxury retail.
* Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
* Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
* Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Offer

* Annual basic salary up to 32kEUR depending on experience
* Commission scheme
