Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student (m/f/d) to provide administrative and organizational support to our department leadership at our Gilching office. This role offers valuable practical experience in corporate operations and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and organizational support to the department head
* Serve as a point of contact for employees and customers, handling inquiries professionally
* Prepare and edit documents such as presentations, reports, and meeting minutes in German and English
* Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences
* Welcome guests, arrange meeting rooms, and support hospitality during visits
* Assist with general office organization, including ordering supplies and reviewing invoices
* Support facility management tasks at the Gilching site

Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Communication, or similar)
* Structured, reliable, and independent working style
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
