Key responsibilities / You will get to:

* Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project & program management

* Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes

* Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance

* Manage communications and project timelines

* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager

* Help increase (COMPANY NAME) Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development Contribute to internal projects within (COMPANY NAME) Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

* Minimum 1 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management

* Master's degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent

* Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1)

* Your deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations

* Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels

* An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks

* Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions) Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
