Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg
Als Warenvorbereiter (m/w/*) an dem Standort Kempten / für den Bereich Oberflächenbeschichtung haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
* Chargieren und Vorbereiten der Produkte für die Beschichtung
* Bestücken von Warenträgern
* Zwischen- und / oder Endkontrolle der beschichteten Bauteile
* Erkennen von Oberflächenfehlern
* Bedienen von Flurförderzeugen
* Bedienen von Strahlanlagen

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
* Gutes Sehvermögen
* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
* PC- (MS-Office, SAP, etc.) wünschenswert
* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Eine selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden ihr Profil ab.

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
* Verständnis für technische Qualität im Bereich der Oberflächenbeschichtung
* Erfahrung mit Teamarbeit im Schichtbetrieb
* Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
