About this position

What you´ll do

* Planning and execution of lab work for the development of debondable products for the automotive industry to enable circularity and improve sustainability
* Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards
* Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
* Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
* Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria
* Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science or related field
* Experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive industry
* Hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work
* Persistence and resilience in driving new technologies to market readiness
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
