We are looking for a Junior Java Script Engineer (f/m/x) to join our People department. As a Junior Java Script Engineer in our People projects team, you will play a crucial role in establishing new processes and automating existing ones. Your analytical skills and hands-on mentality will be key in challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change.

Job Description:

* Find innovative solutions to automate our processes & work on the conception of novel analysis approaches
* Retrieve relevant data sets from various databases using Google Space
* Act as a link between business & tech by translating business requirements technically
* Support the expansion of the product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders
* Work closely with the Management and People teams and shape the future of our process landscape

Qualifications:

* First relevant experiences in working with JavaScript, experience with Google Apps Script is a plus
* Knowledge of SQL, version control systems like Git or other languages like Python would be a plus
* Good self-organisation skills and a passion for automation of processes using APIs and other available tools
* You are a fast learner and motivated to get to know new technologies
* You are prepared to make decisions and take responsibility for your projects
* Good English communication skills
