NAMILIA was founded in 2015 by Berlin based designers Nan Li and Emilia Pfohl shortly after graduating the Masters course at the Royal College of Art London.

TThe duo's first collection, "My Pussy, My Choice" was selected for VFiles Runway - October 2015. New York and the fashion world responded with a resounding YES! and they soon graced the pages of celebrated fashion magazines and blogs including: VFiles, Vogue Italy, LOVE Magazine, Dazed & Confused, i-D and many more. The collection has been shot by David LaChapelle, Steven Klein and Willy Vanderperre and more. Namilia runway shows presented at Skylight Clarkson Sq during NYFW and produced by Kelly Cutrone and the People's Revolution Team have become one of the most exciting highlights during Fashion Week.

Deine Rolle
Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Warehouse, Design, Produktion und Marketing.

Deine Aufgaben
E-Commerce & Shopify
* Shop-Verantwortung inklusive Produktpflege
* Planung und Umsetzung von Aktionen
* Analyse und Optimierung des SortimentsWarehouse & Logistik
* Zusammenarbeit mit unserem 3PL
* Kosten- und BestandskontrolleAnalytics & Stock Management
* Monitoring und enger Austausch mit dem Management sowie dem Design- & Development-Team
* Analyse von Abverkaufszahlen und Vorbereitung von Re-Orders
* Strategisches Development und Optimierung der 3PL-Prozesse
* Recherche und Aufbau neuer 3PL-StandorteB2B Operations
* Betreuung internationaler B2B- und Shop-Accounts
* Organisation internationaler B2B-Lieferungen

NAMILIA is an internationally successful, progressive fashion brand with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer, global B2B partnerships, and cultural relevance.
To strengthen our Berlin team, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will strategically and operationally oversee our B2C and B2B operations.
Your Role
You are the central interface between Sales, Warehouse, Design, Production, and Marketing.
Your goal: smooth processes, clear data, satisfied customers, and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities
E-commerce & Shopify
* Overall shop responsibility, including product management
* Planning and execution of promotions
* Assortment analysis and optimizationWarehouse & Logistics
* Collaboration with our 3PL partner
* Cost control and inventory managementAnalytics & Stock Management
* Monitoring and close exchange with management as well as the Design & Development team
* Sales analysis and preparation of re-orders
* Strategic development and optimization of 3PL processes
* Research and setup of new 3PL locationsB2B Operations
* Management of international B2B and shop accounts
* Organization of international B2B shipments
