YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* You will lead and develop our highly motivated 6-person supply planning team and, together with our interfaces in production, procurement, and sales, ensure smooth and efficient planning processes
* You are responsible for the overall capacity planning of our plants and ensure optimal utilization, taking into account demand, resources, and strategic objectives
* You kepp a close eye on new product developments and forecast adjustments, proactively integrating them into your planning, scenarios, and simulations
* To ensure high delivery performance, you develop and manage relevant KPIs, analyze deviations, and independently derive sustainable optimization measures
* You take the lead on your own projects and are a valued sparring partner in department-wide and group-wide initiatives
* In your role as a communicative interface, you translate requirements between sales and production, create transpareny, and bring perspectives together in a solution-oriented manner
* You build a cross-functional network and work closely, collaboratively, and purposefully with all relevant stakeholders

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* You have a degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management, supply chain planning or a similar field
* You bring several years of professional experience in planning or supply chain functions, ideally in an international environment and think in end-to-end processes
* Your strong analytical mindset helps you structure compley relationships, evaluate scenarios, and make well-founded decisions
* You are a communicative and strong leadership personality who motivated and develops their team and provides guidance even in dynamic situations
* Even in a dynamic work environment, you keep an overview and set priorities confidently
* You are characterized by hands-on mentality - thinking conceptually but also actively engaging in operational tasks
* Confident use of SAP & MS Office, as well as excellent English and German skills, complete your profile
