Working Student Cataract Workflow Management (f/m/x)

Your Role

We are looking for passionate and talented students (f/m/x) that want to shape a highly innovative medical technology environment at (COMPANY NAME) Meditec in Munich or Berlin. You will join our Workflow Management team for Cataract driving a full and digitally connected workflow offering globally. You will support and learn about management of a holistic workflow portfolio, experience strategy and roadmap development with agile methodologies firsthand, deep-dive into 'go-to-market' strategies and much more!
* Support in creation and implementation of business- / go-to-market strategies
* Support in creation of Cataract Workflow Portfolio Vision, Strategy and Roadmap
* Assist our team in Project Management and stakeholder coordination, including project scheduling, organization, reporting, and follow-up
* Support market and competitive analytics and research
* Create and maintain business analytics dashboards as well as presentations and business cases
* Build and grow your business expertise and help us visualizing and presenting results and data in a compelling way

Your Profile

* Passion for medical technology and digital health
* Currently enrolled in study program in Business Economics, Medicine, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Optometry, or similar
* You Like to work in a team and with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds
* Strong analytical skills and structured in thinking and acting
* Goal and result orientation
* Experienced in MS Office suite (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) and digital collaboration tools (esp. MIRO)
* Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus, but not a must)
