Jobübersicht:

Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Leitung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte für Schutz- und Messgeräte zur Optimierung der Verfügbarkeit im Mittelspannungsverteilnetz. Sie koordinieren funktionsübergreifende Teams und stellen sicher, dass technische, wirtschaftliche und zeitliche Anforderungen von der Produktidee bis zur Serienfertigung erfüllt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Leitung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten gemäß definierten Projektabläufen
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Designanforderungen, vertraglichen Verpflichtungen und internen sowie externen Metriken
* Identifikation und aktives Management von Projektrisiken sowie deren Vermeidung oder Minderung
* Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Geschäftsleitung, Kunden, Lieferanten)
* Organisation und Führung des Projektteams (ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung), inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Ergebnisverantwortung
* Erstellung robuster Projektpläne mit Risikomanagement und Meilensteinverfolgung
* Proaktive Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Projektverlauf
* Förderung agiler Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung und Beschleunigung der Projektumsetzung
* Entwicklung und Pflege von projektbezogenen KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Projektmanagementprozesse
* Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen interner und externer Produktprobleme
* Mitwirkung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
* Internationale Reisetätigkeit zur Projektunterstützung und Kundenkommunikation

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
* Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Entwicklung elektrotechnischer Produkte
* Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
* Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in interdisziplinären und internationalen Kontexten
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie ein starkes Dienstleistungsverständnis
