SD Digital Transformation Deployment Manager (m/f/d)

To accelerate efficiency through digitization, we have established a dedicated Digital Factory within Strategy Deployment. We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to design and deliver our digital road map, driving sustainable efficiency through technology, process optimization, and behavioral change.

What will be your key responsibilities?

* Build and communicate a compelling digital vision to step-change efficiency and engage senior stakeholders.
* Define, own, and deliver a rolling 3-year digital transformation road map with clear business impact.
* Identify and implement digital, automation, and self-service solutions across Strategy Deployment.
* Lead and coordinate all digital initiatives as the single point of contact, with functional leadership of the SD Digital Factory team.
* Drive adoption through strong change management, training, and capability building.
* Collaborate closely with internal technology teams and external partners across regions and segments to scale best practices.
What are we looking for?
* University degree and solid experience in digital transformation, project/program management, or technology-enabled change, or similar
* Proven digital expertise with strong business and change management skills
* Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
* Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and turn strategy into action
* Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
