Junior Marketing Manager - Paid Social (all genders)

Job Description:

* Support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple)
* Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI)
* Support budget tracking and performance reporting
* Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and smaller experiments to improve campaign performance
* Monitor market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities
* Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign execution and creatives
* Document results and help derive initial insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

* Degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., media management, e-commerce)
* First practical experience in app marketing or performance marketing (e.g., internships or working student roles)
* Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
* Knowledge of app marketing or paid social is a plus
* Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms is a plus
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
