Werkstudent (m/w/d) Customer Service Management

The opportunity

We are looking for a part-time working student (m/f/d) for a maximum of 20 hours per week to join our Customer Service Management team in Aachen.

Daily responsibilities

* Support in delivery management and repair management, with internal, supplier and customer communication

* Support with monthly and annual analysis to optimise service management reporting

* Support with annual budget planning

Who we are looking for

We are looking for proactive people who can drive positive change, actively tackle issues and identify what's next - people with passion, a can-do attitude and a desire to develop. This means:

* General higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences

* You are enrolled at a college/university

* Good to very good written and spoken German and/or English skills

* Confident handling of MS Office applications and impress with your comprehensive PC and Internet skills

* As a team player, you know how to build a network and always show initiative

* Personally, you impress with your solution-orientated, structured and independent way of working
