The project: We are looking for an Offshore Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing all contractual administration and reporting of our Offshore Phase 2 High Voltage Equipment and Marine Surveys Packages. The proposed HV equipment Pre-Qualification is due to commence in May 2025 which will be followed by tender preparation exercise immediately and marine survey works are due to commence in July 2025 and will primarily involve Geophysical, Environmental and Metocean surveys along our proposed subsea cable routes.
Offshore Contract Manager will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of commercial agreements and contracts.
Key to success in this role is collaboration, working with industry and teams across client to drive out appropriate solutions to a range of complex technical and commercial issues. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships both externally and internally, as well as having the people skills to influence others and to find workable solutions, is key to success.
You'll be responsible for:
* Apply advanced H&S expertise across complex project portfolios.
* Promote inclusive, high-performing team culture and wellbeing.

* Manage contract preparation, costing, compliance and customer service.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure ethical, sustainable operations aligned with net-zero goals.
* Resolve contract issues, innovate and enhance best-practice performance.
You'll need to have:
* Degree-qualified with 10+ years' offshore wind contract management experience.
* Strong expertise across FEED/EPCI, claims, tendering and procurement processes.
* Advanced commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
* Professional membership and strong understanding of sustainability, governance and financial reporting.
