We are looking for a Community Host for our Residential Agency Build to Rent business line.

Role Purpose
This role is based on site in South Dublin, within a build to rent scheme.

Responsibilities include managing applicants, conducting viewings, organising repair works and dealing with general tenancy related queries as well as organising resident engagement events.

The role requires enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills, good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with a degree of flexibility as no two days are ever the same. This person will report into the BTR Asset Manager.

What this job involves
* Being based on site in order to build a personal rapport with residents
* Being the first point of contact for resident queries including maintenance issues
* Responsible for the organisation and completion of residential property maintenance
* Reporting issues on the development/estate to the facility manager
* Periodic property inspections and reporting
* Handling applicant enquiries and arranging viewings
* Conducting viewings
* Inspection of vacant properties
* Running regular resident engagement events
* Oversight of the day to day operation of the building, including monitoring maintenance works
* Plan and co-ordinate annual leave with line manager to ensure sufficient site cover
* Maintaining high standards of service

* Confident liaising with clients via phone, email and in person
* Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of own workload
* Good interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and IT skills although previous knowledge of the property management software is not essential
* Flexible working hours to accommodate evening events and (from time to time) viewings
* Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable
* Experience within a customer focused environment
* The suitable candidate will be somebody who is seeking to further their career
* Good level of education and fluent English are essential
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
