Apple's Quality team in Cork is looking for a strong leader to drive localisation quality across Apple software and Siri. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional, localized experiences to customers around the world. This role requires deep technical judgment, operational excellence, and a passion for raising the quality bar.
Apple's Localisation Engineering Team is seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Software Quality Manager of Localisation to execute, drive and organise Software and Siri testing across various languages, locales and features, and to play a central role in ensuring the best Software and Siri experience for our worldwide customers. We are looking for someone with the ambition to manage and grow our automation and test teams in a highly efficient way, and to make sure we get the best possible results in the given time frames. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software quality, tools, automation, and general management, and be able to optimise across resources, automation, risk and time to deliver the best software testing in the world, on schedule.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills. QA Engineering or Software Engineering experience. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Software Engineering processes with a QA mindset. In-depth knowledge of Apple's Software and Siri technologies.
Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities. Aptitude to independently learn new technologies. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
