What you can expect:

As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.
* Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.
* Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.
* Handle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
* Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.
* Support operations for loss prevention and stock management.
* Utilise business systems and latest technology effectively.
* Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

Your profile:

* Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
* Passionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
* Experience in networking & building relationships
