POSITION: Continuous Improvement Engineer

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Continuous Improvement Engineer, and part of the Continuous Improvement Department, you will have the mission to define and map production processes, in order to improve and optimize production standards and lines efficiency.
This experience will enable you to work closely with Production Supervisor and Team Leaders, define and implement technical solutions for production.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience in Production field Experience: Position requires 1-3 years' experience in Industrial and Manufacturing company Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment Detail oriented, highly organized Lean manufacturing Target oriented, problem solver, excellent analytical skills Advanced user of MS office, the knowledge of Excel is mandatory The knowledge of CAD is a plus
