Job Description:
We are seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of advanced EW solutions for airborne platforms. The role focuses on system-level engineering, signal analysis, SW solution and integration within complex avionics architectures.

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and development of Electronic Warfare systems at system and subsystem level
* Support integration and verification of EW systems with avionics and mission systems
* Support integration and verification of EW system on ground and inflight at helicopter level
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, system engineering)
* Participate in system reviews, documentation, and technical trade-off analyses
* Ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic, Electric, Telecommunication or Automation Engineering; Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering)
* Knowledge of RF systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing;
* knowledge of Real Time Safety Critical Embedded SW development aspects;
* SW design and development methodologies (Model Based design, Matlab/Simulink modeling and testing)
* knowledge of C/C++ programming languages
* Familiarity with avionics or complex embedded systems
* Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in team-based, technical environments
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Electronic Warfare or sensor systems
* Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools
* Understanding of system integration and verification activities
* Familiarity with requirements management tools
* Project management skills
* Strong problem solving capabilities and proactive customer satisfaction approach
* Team working and leading in a cross-functional and geographical team
* Inclination to work in line with standards, rules and objectives
* Thorough understanding of the entire software development life-cycle
* Interest in Human Machine Interface (HMI) aspects
