Descrizione del lavoro:

The resource will join the HR Admin & Payroll Team and work on all the activities related to the function.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience (internship included) in an HR administration and payroll-focused role. Knowledge of HR software and systems, specifically Zucchetti and SuccessFactors. Knowledge of Italian labor law, administrative procedures, and payroll regulations (e.g., UNILAV, TFR). Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and reconciliation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
