We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Italy on a maternity cover contract.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across a variety of business functions. What You'll Do
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
* Screen and assess candidates, identifying the best talent for current and future business needs.
* Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
* Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Build strong partnerships with HR colleagues & hiring managers
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
* Support employer branding, university engagement, networking activities, and recruitment events.
* Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, either in-house or within an agency environment.
* Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional approach to handling confidential information.
* Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
* Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
* Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
* Experience working within a multinational or matrix organization.
* Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
* Experience working with external recruitment agencies and suppliers.
