Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager, your tasks are working with Store Manager, being responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service, improving every sale, as well as bringing new clients, and improving teams CRM goals.
On operational side, the tasks are organising the stock procedures, minimising stock losses, maintaining clean sales and stock floor, effective communicating and training the team on product information and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI's, supporting the sales team on target achievement and supervising the daily operational tasks, such as circle counts, VM checks and reports etc.

* Proven sales and management experience
* Organisational skills

* Fluency English is a must; multiple other languages is a plus
