About This Role

We are looking for a driven, talented individual to join our fast-paced team. This person will have the exciting opportunity to shape, develop and grow partnerships with our restaurant partners.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Overall ownership of the day-to-day management of all aspects of a number of restaurant Partners (portfolio)
* Daily communication (mainly by phone and email) with our restaurant Partners (managers/owners)
* Responsible for the onboarding process of all newly signed restaurant Partners, ensuring that they are optimized for success.
* Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with our restaurant Partners ensuring resolution of issues
* Analysis of our restaurant Partners results - menu, discounts, working hours, delivery fee, etc, aimed at increasing profits/number of orders
* Active sale of paid positioning, negotiation of discounts, loyalty programs and other tools that can improve our partners performance
* Promoting the online store for Partners and selling branded products (e.g. pizza packaging with the Just Eat Takeaway.com logo)
* Responsibility for maintaining and/or reactivating cooperation with Partners and their uninterrupted availability on Takeaway.com
* Participation and support in ongoing projects related to marketing activities, development of the portal and tools for clients
* Supporting Account Managers with driving performance of accounts, including leading weekly calls and preparation of materials for monthly review meetings
* Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments (including delivery operations, customer service, marketing, product team etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, trends and the competitive landscape.

What will you bring to the table?

We're excited to hear it. Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales is considered an advantage
* 1-2 years of Experience in sales and/or account management within a fast-paced, high growth environment
* Very good negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills
* Strong motivation to complete assigned tasks
* Comfortable with data and data analysis as well as the ability to interpret them and use them in sales activities
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations
* Well organized - able to prioritize and manage multiple workloads
* Native Slovak and English on level B2, both written and spoken
* Ease in building relationships, communication skills and high personal culture
* Ability to work in a group, positive attitude and high energy to work
* The ability to quickly absorb information and implement new solutions in your daily work
