Job Title: Working Student AOS

Reports to: Team Lead

Job Summary:

Tradebyte, an independent company within the Zalando Group, is seeking a motivated Working Student to join the Article Onboarding Services (AOS) team.
The AOS team is responsible for ensuring client success and maximizing performance on the Tradebyte platform through data-driven insights and optimization strategies. A core part of this role involves preparing data to support strategic decisions and ensure smooth article onboarding.

As a Working Student, you will gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce and B2B SaaS environment by supporting the AOS team with essential data preparation and hands-on tasks. This will allow Data Optimisation Managers to focus on strategic client engagement and project management.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
* Data Quality & Optimisation: Perform daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks related to data optimisation, ensuring data consistency and accuracy for assigned emerging brands.
* Article Onboarding Services: Provide product onboarding services to emerging brands, ensuring correct product categorisation and resolving any data errors.
* Efficiency Improvement: Implement repeatable and efficient processes for data management tasks, ensuring optimal workflow.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and other departments such as Success Management to ensure smooth data operations and support brand expansion.

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Management, Economics, Business Analytics or similar)
* You have excellent communication skills and love interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
* You are curious about the eCommerce / marketplace world
