You will work as a Programmatic & Social Strategy Specialist, defining strategies for top-tier brands across different platforms, products, and services. Responsibilities Definition of programmatic and paid social strategies aligned with client goals. Campaign setup and strategic optimisation across platforms. Monitoring performance and KPI analysis to drive insights and improvements. Contribution to media proposals and strategic planning. Coordination with DSPs and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Close collaboration with planning and buying teams. Identification of opportunities, audiences, and innovative formats. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar; or 1-2 years of experience in programmatic and/or paid social. Minium 2 years of experiencie We think you're awesome if you: Advanced level of English. Strong understanding of DSPs Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Experience working with ad servers Experience analysing data and building insights. Knowledge of video and display ecosystems. Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, proactive and flexible.
