The Position

The Opportunity:
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) represents Roche locally, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders like policymakers, regulators, and payers. They identify shared goals, co-create and implement solutions to improve healthcare systems, aiming to achieve better, faster, and sustainable health outcomes for patients.

Who You Are:
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation, unlock value, and improve outcomes for society by:
* Identifying, engaging, and managing ecosystem stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between Roche and the healthcare community.
* Following the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model to foster collaboration and acting as a connector and problem-solver both internally and externally.
* Analyzing healthcare ecosystems to identify trends and use insights to influence Roche strategies while sharing the company's expertise with the ecosystem.

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:
* A deep understanding of healthcare systems, excellent customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects.
* Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, commercialization strategies, and customer experience excellence are key desired skills.
* Preferred qualifications include a university degree (scientific, economic, or business), advanced degrees like MBA or life sciences, and a practical understanding of digital innovation and health policy.
* Fluent in the local language. Proficient in English.

Salary starts from 4000 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
