As our new Colleague, you will:

* Deal with wide range of regulatory issues for financial service clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and others

* Take part in multidisciplinary international projects for large financial institutions across different countries

* Contribute to development of financial service risk, regulatory, compliance and legal practice within PwC Lithuania

* Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other)

You are our perfect candidate if you:

* Have at least 3-5 years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage)

* Have a background or strong understanding within financial service regulatory, risk management and compliance areas (experience in Banking and Finance law or corporate law shall be considered an advantage)

* Have a law degree (preferred), but business management, economics or similar fields are also considered.

* Have excellent drafting skills

* Are proficient in Lithuanian and English languages

* Have a proactive approach in teamwork, reliability, and responsiveness

* Have strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 3000 EUR to 5000 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
