Sales Representative (Temporary)

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
* To ensure effective sales execution in the assigned region by working closely with stores and overseeing the implementation of "Perfect Store" standard - Klaipėda or Šiauliai regions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Visit assigned stores on a regular basis
* Monitor and improve sales performance (KPIs)
* Work with distributor sales teams (train, support, motivate)
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems
* Implement and maintain in-store equipment
* Prepare reports and propose action plans

Requirements:
* Higher (university) or college degree
* At least 2 years of sales experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently
* Lithuanian language required, English is an advantage
* Valid Category B driver's license
