Scope and Purpose

Review, drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts (funding, security, etc) in relation to corporate lending

Dealing with and managing general legal issues in support of internal stakeholders ensuring smooth business operations

Required Experience

5 years (give or take) experience in a similar position, with particular experience in corporate lending documentation.

Competencies Required

* Master degree related to Legal or Finance

* corporate lending comprehension
* reading capacity of complex lending documentation
* drafting skills in English and French
* Strong technical and writing skills to make legal texts comprehensible and intelligible to non-lawyers.
* Demonstrated experience in Corporate Lending and of the Banking sector in general, with a good knowledge of financial instruments and investment services
* Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Notes, Power Point).
* Ability to function without supervision and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information.
* Capacity to remain abreast of legal and regulatory developments and capacity to apply them in the given situation.
* English spoken, written, read: fluent
* French spoken, written, read: v. good
* talian spoken, written, read: good (a plus)
