The Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team (typically up to 10) through delegating daily tasks and responsibilities as well as recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations
* Conduct training, monitor quality and quantity of team work and provide feedback on performance, including making recommendations on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
* Analyze Operations information and make evaluative judgements to solve problems
* Responsible for Identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures
* Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing
* Serve as a backup for manager, as needed
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
* Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
* Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
* Ability to manage teams.

Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of related business experience including at least one-year supervisory experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proactive leadership and motivational skills
* Proven organization and time management skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
* Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El especialista de Seguros administrará y dará seguimiento a los programas de seguros corporativos del banco, asegurando una adecuada gestión de pólizas, primas, coberturas y procesos administrativos relacionados, así como la coordinación con brokers y mercados aseguradores nacionales e internacionales.
Requisitos:

Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas, Finanzas, Actuaría, Seguros o afines. (Necesario concluida).
*
Experiencia comprobable de 2 a 5 años el sector asegurador, preferentemente en compañías de seguros, brokers o áreas corporativas de administración de seguros y en Operación y Servicios Bancarios.

Conocimiento sólido en:
*
Administración y gestión de pólizas.
*
Seguros de vida y otros seguros corporativos.
*
Revisión y análisis de primas, coberturas y tarifas.
*
Renovación anual de pólizas y negociación de condiciones.
*
Seguimiento administrativo y control documental.
*
Conocimiento en temas de regulaciones, políticas de MCA, ARCM, experiencia en actividad riesgo, control y monitoreo, experiencia implementación de controles operativos referentes a la Administración de Seguros y Fianzas.
*
Manejo de Excel avanzado para análisis y control de información. PowerPoint. Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos

Inglés intermedio deseable, con capacidad para interactuar con brokers o documentación relacionada con mercados internacionales.
*
Competencias: Habilidad de negociación, comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente interno, capacidad analítica, organización y seguimiento, atención al detalle, trabajo colaborativo con áreas internas y proveedores externos.
Responsabilidades:
*
Administrar y dar seguimiento a las pólizas de seguros corporativas del banco.
*
Coordinar los procesos de renovación anual de seguros y revisión de coberturas.
*
Analizar primas, tarifas y asignaciones a entidades legales, garantizando su pago oportuno.
*
Dar seguimiento a procesos administrativos, controles internos y documentación relacionada con seguros.
*
Coordinar la comunicación con brokers externos responsables de las negociaciones con mercados aseguradores, incluyendo mercados internacionales como Londres.
*
Apoyar en la evaluación de propuestas de cobertura y condiciones comerciales.
*
Generar reportes y análisis que faciliten la toma de decisiones respecto a los programas de seguros.
NOTA: Preferente radicar en CIUDAD DE MÉXICO , ya que la vacantes estará en dicha ubicación.
